• 1. With 5' round tables: Up to 80 guests
• 2. With 8' banquet tables: Up to 120 guests
• 3. Ceremony seating: 140 guests
• SET UP: APPROX 1 HOUR WHICH DOESN'T INCLUDE SIDEWALL
• WINTER RATE $2100.00
• Deposit/Final Payment:
• All party and event rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. The remainder of the balance is paid one week prior to the delivery. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards, check or cash.
• Changes to orders prior to the event are expected, as the number of guests can frequently change or the weather becomes inclement. All changes to Contract need to be made at least two weeks prior to event date. We will make every effort possible to work with you to meet your party and event rental needs.
• Things to Consider:
• - Additional space is required for staking tents, for instance, a 20'x30' tent requires a 26'x36' area.
• - Concrete Blocks can be used to secure frame tents on hard surfaces where staking is not permitted. These should be added at time of reservation.
